The Lido Swimmers is the latest of my handmade swimming bowls…although not completely ‘wild’ the lido swimmer still embraces the same courageous spirit with probably a little more discipline. A celebration of the fearless urban dipper!

To reflect the spirit of wild swimmers themselves every bowl is completely individual, often slightly irregular, with its own characteristics and always wonderfully unrepeatable!
Each is made by hand and no two are identical…it takes a bit of time and care to produce each one. My production process is very small scale and as such there may be slight variations in tone and density of colour from bowl to bowl. This part and parcel of the handmade process.
