Shipping & Returns.

UK DELIVERY

All goods are shipped by Royal Mail 48 unless otherwise requested and paid for when ordering. With the exception of Special Delivery, Royal Mail do not however guarantee delivery times. If you require a guaranteed delivery please be sure to select Special Delivery as your shipping method. All orders are marked with an intended dispatch week on the order confirmation, we cannot however guarantee that your order will be delivered during that week. We make a limited number of products each week and all orders are sent out in the order they are received. If you require a product for a specific date you will need to let us know by email when you order and we will do our best to accommodate this.

FAILED DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods to the address you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and which we will deliver to is incorrect. We will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.

EU SHIPPING:

There have been major delays to all European shipping due to the pandemic and now customs clearance.

All orders after 1st of January 2020 to EU countries are liable for customs, VAT and import tax charges.

Please check the rules for your own country for further details.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges vary from country to country and are out of our control. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

RETURNS

We hope you love the products you buy from us. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact becky@beckymackenzie.com to organise a refund.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order and must be returned in new and unused condition

In the case that you decide to return your order we will issue you with a full refund (excluding shipping); however, you will need to return the order at your own cost.

We strongly advise that you get proof of posting and adequate insurance from the postal service you choose, as we can only refund or exchange on receipt of the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Once we have received your returned item we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. Providing the order has been sent back in its original state, we will process your return request within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you a further email notification to confirm this.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Becky Mackenzie Ceramics Refund Policy

We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the Becky Mackenzie Ceramics Returns Policy. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Please Note: Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

RETURNING GIFTED ITEMS

If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
